Cooperation of Perm City Administration and Mr. Kees Scheepers, the Dutch landscape architect continues.

Expert Scheepers visited our city for the second time within the PUM programme (www.pum.nl). Both times communication with the PUM office was carried out through the Perm Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Last year Mr. Scheepers came to Perm at the invitation of Perm City Administration, and this time he was invited by the "Obva Rose" Perm Cultural and Natural Heritage Foundation. During 8-day stay the expert examined 6 park areas in the city and in the region and held 7 consultations for Perm environment officials. The assessments and recommendations given by the PUM expert were profound and efficient.
Students of Perm universities presented their landscape projects and Mr. Scheepers commented on them. For the City Administration he examined 8 city projects and recommended Perm officials to change the algorithm of decision-making and preparation of requirements specification for landscape development.
Mr. Scheepers expressed willingness to continue cooperation with the "Obva Rose" Foundation, and his visit became a stimulus for Perm landscape architects to continue the work on landscape development in our city and in the region.
